His expertise in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) combined with his experience of the local Industrial sector has already seen the new Department successfully complete many ready-builds, factory acquisition deals and lease transactions.

To date he has led his HCMC & Hanoi teams to close nearly 500,000 sq m in leased area, and 250,000 sq m in sold area, representing some of the best results in the industrial agency market.

Thomas joined Savills Hanoi as a Leasing Consultant in 2017. He has been working in Vietnam for 4 years. Prior to Savills, Tom had experience in civil engineering which is helpful in consulting clients with their business needs. Apart from the office market, his prior duty is to take charge of all Embassy enquiries in Hanoi. Tom’s profound understanding of Vietnamese and Asian cultural practices enables him to build up close relationship with not only European but also Asian clients, making him a valuable member of Hanoi Commercial Leasing team. Thomas has been working with a number of US Aid funded projects to assist in opening their first offices and relocations in Hanoi. Most recently, Thomas has seen the increasing interest in the industrial market in Vietnam. He has been working with multiple foreign occupiers on their market entry and expansion into northern Vietnam.
Chi Phan joined Savills Vietnam Ho Chi Minh Branch in April 2019. With an accrued five years in Industrial Real Estate and eight years in education, construction, and engineering, she has become a results-driven professional with deep practical expertise in the industrial and logistics sector. Specializing in brokerage services, she accelerates client success through her extensive knowledge and experience.
To date, Chi has brokered leasing deals with tenants such as J. Wagner, Coca-Cola, Teknos, Munters, and OSG Coating. She has also supported and co-brokered vital leasing deals with John Campbell. including Framas 19.000 m2 factory lease and Fuchs and 20,000 m2.
She has more than eight years of experience in corporate consulting and marketing across fields, including real estate. Her deep understanding of the market and her ability to find bespokesolutions allows her to support industrial players to make informed decisions about industrial leasing or investment.
Her experience with both local and foreign clients means she understands the practical and unique requirements of any transaction. To date, Hang has brokered 9,522 m2 warehouse lease.
Quynh joined Savills HCMC Industrial Services team as an Administrative Coordinator in 2023 to handle all back-office affairs and provide foundational support to the management and consultant team.
Quynh is a business studies graduate from Hoa Sen University and has entered the real estate industry straight after graduating. She has a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders has consistently contributed to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Hanh joined our Industrial Services team in Hanoi as an Administrator in 2020 and worked her way up to the position of Leasing Coordinator & Consultant. Hanh is an integral point of contact between Savills and our industrial park developers, creating effortlessly strong, trusted relationships with these local landlords.
Accompanying her Human Resources Management Degree from the Hanoi University of Foreign Affairs, Hanh has over four (04) years experience in the Hospitality & Tourism sector
Anh joined the Savills Hanoi Branch as a Researcher & Admin for Hanoi Industrial Services team. Graduated from Academy of Finance with a bachelor of English in Accounting and Finance, Anh has more than 3 years of experience in administration and operations.
Anh is now managing all administrative tasks such as maintaining, complying and controlling database, sales records. Anh also supports consultants in meeting setup and preparing proposals to clients.
Phuong joined Savills as an Industrial Services Consultant, Chinese Desk. She graduated from the University of Languages and International Studies at Viet Nam National University with a Bachelor in Chinese Studies.
Phuong has over two years of experience in assisting and collaborating with Chinese enterprises invest in Viet Nam, making her a key point of contact for our Chinese-speaking clients and partners.
