Gaw NP Industrial, a platform established by Gaw Capital Partners, is a leading industrial real estate developer in Viet Nam providing high-quality ready-built factories and warehouses (RBF and RBW), built-to-suit (BTS) factories, warehouses, and logistics warehouses. The significant deal at NDV IP represents the continued industrial strength of Hai Phong, which attracted FDI of more than US$1 billion in H1/2022 and is home to one of the largest ports in the country.

The investor, Gaw NP Capital, develops premium products in strategic locations and provides effective but sustainable and green solutions within its projects. The company plans to expand its real estate portfolio from 49 hectares to 100 hectares this year. The project in Hai Phong, GNP Nam Dinh Vu, is part of this strategy and follows two successful RBF projects in Thai Nguyen Province.

John Campbell, Associate Director, Head of Industrial Services at Savills Viet Nam, brokered the long-term deal. He commented: “The partnership between Gaw NP Capital and Sao Do Group marks an important milestone in the market and is one of our largest transactions in Northern Viet Nam. After years of negotiation, we are excited to announce that both parties reached mutually agreeable terms and have officially commenced their long-term partnership. Gaw NP Capital made a significant impact on Viet Nam’s industrial market after leasing out its highly successful Thai Nguyen RBF projects. Its Hai Phong expansion will cater to occupiers looking for flexible ready-built solutions with room for future expansion. They can also utilise one of Viet Nam’s premier ports, which provides direct access to international shipping routes, and the dynamic tenant mix in Hai Phong makes the project attractive for occupiers across sectors such as automotive, electronics, logistics, FMCG, and e-commerce. These factors, coupled with favourable tax incentives, will continue to attract reputable foreign and local investors and tenants looking for high-quality, sustainable, and convenient property solutions in Hai Phong.”
