Vietnam’s industrial real estate market is still a hot spot to attract FDI inflows. As of November 2022, the real estate business still ranked second in the industry when it attracted 3.5 billion USD, accounting for 18.7% of total registered capital. The highlight is that the demand for industrial real estate rental in the third quarter of 2022 continued to grow compared to the previous quarter. The high occupancy rate has boosted the demand for industrial land for rent to build factories, promising to bring great profits to investors.

Facing the sharp increase in factory rents in industrial zones, many businesses have chosen to build factories on industrial land for rent to ensure stability and serve long-term operations. This will help businesses easily expand in the future. Commercial-oriented design increases the accessibility of SMEs.

Currently, industrial zones are synchronously planned, have a supportive traffic system, have the right functions and purposes, and are convenient for production activities. Investment units also quickly support legal procedures when leasing industrial land for businesses to quickly go into operation.
