On June 4th, 2025, One Refractories signed a Lease Agreement with Long Duc Industrial Park (LDIP) for a 2,025 sqm factory, marking a significant milestone in the company’s nearly 100-year history. This project not only represents One Refractories’ first investment in Viet Nam but also its first operational footprint in Asia.
Founded in Belgium in 1925, One Refractories is a family-owned business specialising in the production and global distribution of high-quality refractory materials. With a strong commitment to sustainability, safety, and innovation, their products are trusted across core industries, including cement, steel, iron, and more.
Strategically located in Dong Nai Province, LDIP offers a prime location just 45 minutes from HCMC and the new Long Thanh International Airport. Known for its high-quality infrastructure, reliable utilities, and strong connections to major highways and ports, LDIP is home to a thriving international manufacturing community. The park’s key positioning and investor-friendly approach make it an ideal launchpad for global manufacturers looking to expand in Southeast Asia.
