Founded in 1991 in Thailand, Betagen is a Thai dairy company known for producing and distributing pasteurised yoghurt drinks, best known for its flagship cultured milk. Betagen is a market leader in Thailand and has expanded through regional exports and has a notable presence in Viet Nam. Betagen Vietnam Company Limited was established in 2007, and continues to bring high-quality dairy products to Vietnamese consumers that meet European and international standards.

Kitti Sawangarom, General Manager of Betagen Vietnam: “Establishing our first manufacturing facility in Viet Nam is a major milestone in Betagen’s regional expansion. We are proud to take this important step toward strengthening our long-term presence in the country, and believe this project reflects our commitment to sustainable growth. At Betagen, we believe we prosper together with the communities we serve.”
Strategically located in Dong Nai, An Phuoc IP, owned and managed by Tin Nghia Corporation, this prime location is just 60 minutes from HCMC and near the new Long Thanh International Airport. Recognised for its high-quality infrastructure, reliable utilities, and strong connections to major highways and ports, An Phuoc IP is home to a thriving international manufacturing community. The park’s strategic positioning and investor-friendly approach make it an ideal launchpad for global manufacturers looking to expand in Southeast Asia.

Hoang Nguyen Thanh, Deputy General Director at Tin Nghia An Phuoc IP: “Tin Nghia is honoured to collaborate with Betagen and Savills on this project. Betagen, a leading name in Thailand’s fermented milk drink industry, is expanding its distribution not only in Viet Nam but across many other countries. Establishing this factory in An Phuoc Industrial Park highlights the strong and long-term partnership between Thailand and Viet Nam, as well as between Betagen and Tin Nghia. I am confident this project will be successful and serve as a strong foundation for continued growth in the Vietnamese market and beyond.”

John Campbell and Chi Phan have worked with Betagen since 2019, guiding their site search and selection process. Despite the delays brought by the pandemic and shifts in the investment landscape, Betagen secured the right long-term location with a reputable development partner. Savills Vietnam is proud to have acted as the real estate consulting partner for this landmark transaction.

John Campbell, Head of Industrial Services at Savills Vietnam comments: “Despite high occupancies, Dong Nai continues to lead the way in the Southern Economic Zone’s (SEZ) industrial sector. Dong Nai was the third largest receiver of newly registered manufacturing FDI in H1/2025 with over 8% and had the third highest number of new manufacturing projects with 58. Betagen’s project is another example of foreign manufacturing confidence in this region.”

Chi Phan, Manager of Industrial Services at Savills Vietnam: “We’ve always been confident in Viet Nam’s industrial capability to welcome large-scale investors like Betagen. The country’s strong infrastructure, competitive supply chain, and skilled workforce continue to attract global manufacturers, especially in the F&B sector. An Phuoc IP, with its high-quality facilities and reliable utilities, truly stands out as an ideal home for food and beverage production tenants.”
