Managing Director
Neil is the Managing Director of Savills Vietnam and has been with the company for the last 17 years.
Neil has overseen Savills growth as a former subsidiary of Chesterton Petty team of just 25 people to the Savills Vietnam team of over 1,000 people and the leading property consultant in Vietnam.
Leading the investment team, Neil has completed some of the largest investment transactions in the country.
Director
Matt is the head of the Hanoi and Danang offices at Savills Vietnam, covering the North and Central regions. He joined Savills in 2004 to head the Office Agency team in Hanoi.
Matt became a Director of Savills Vietnam in 2009 after setting up the Residential Development Sales business from 2007. He now oversees Hanoi and Danang operations comprising over 300 people across all consultancy, agency, property management and investment business lines.

John joined Savills in 2017 to develop the industrial services department and further strengthen Savills position and leadership in the Viet Nam market.
As the newest service line, and the eight specialist department of Savills Viet Nam, John and his team support industrial stakeholders in market entry, portfolio diversification, expansion, acquisition/disposal and strategic leasing.

With 25 years of global experience across the USA, Canada, and Vietnam, Jack Nguyen, CPA, CA, is a seasoned leader in accounting, finance, investment, and human resources. Having held pivotal roles in multinational firms, Jack has been instrumental in expanding business operations and market presence in Vietnam for over 17 years. As CEO of InCorp Vietnam, he spearheads strategic initiatives to support market entry, corporate structuring, and workforce transformation, seamlessly integrating global best practices with deep local expertise.

Eric Johnson is a partner at Freshfields, based in the Hanoi office. Widely regarded as one of the leading international lawyers in Vietnam, Eric specializes in cross-border corporate transactions. He advises private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds, venture capital investors, and multinational corporations on acquisitions, joint ventures, divestments, and operational matters across Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region.
Eric brings extensive experience across sectors including logistics, real estate, ports, technology, financial services, education, and healthcare, offering industry-specific insights to support strategic decision-making. He has recently guided clients through several high-profile transactions in Vietnam, reinforcing his reputation for delivering successful outcomes in complex deals.
Eric is admitted to practice in the State of New York and registered as a foreign legal practitioner with the Vietnamese Ministry of Justice.
Associate
George Chatham is a Corporate Associate in Freshfields Global Transactions group, based in Hanoi. He advises on a broad range of corporate, M&A, and competition matters across Vietnam and Asia. George trained and qualified in our London office before relocating to Vietnam. He is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales and is registered as a foreign legal practitioner with the Vietnamese Ministry of Justice.
