Savills Vietnam is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Associate Directors, who will manage the commercial leasing teams in Hanoi and HCMC from March this year. Ms Tu Thi Hong An, based in Savills Ho Chi Minh City office is to cover the Southern region and Mr Bui Trung Kien, based in Hanoi to cover the Northern and Central regions. These appointments are a part of the Savills Vietnam strategy of expanding and strengthening the leasing team on a nationwide scale in 2018 and beyond.

Ms Tu Thi Hong An, based in Savills Ho Chi Minh City office is to cover the Southern region and Mr Bui Trung Kien, based in Hanoi to cover the Northern and Central regions. These appointments are a part of the Savills Vietnam strategy of expanding and strengthening the leasing team on a nationwide scale in 2018 and beyond.
Savills is the leading service provider in the Vietnam commercial leasing sector covering services such as landlord advisory, tenant representation, commercial leasing and brokerage. The office market dynamics are undergoing dramatic changes in both cities, which will have significant impacts on rents and corporate occupiers’ real estate strategies. This changing market highlighted the need for very capable team leaders to grow and strengthen Savills commercial leasing platform.
Mr. Bui Trung Kien joins Savills from JLL where he managed the commercial leasing team, and has been working in the Hanoi office sector for 10 years. Kien has advised many MNCs and local companies on their office real estate, and has very strong relationships with office landlords nationally. Examples of Kien’s previous corporate clients include FPT, SCIC, Ernst & Young, PwC, HDBank, UK Embassy, AIA, Panasonic R&D, and Standard Chartered Bank.
Ms. Tu Thi Hong An is a Chartered Surveyor and joins Savills from MapleTree where she was responsible for managing sales and marketing of their commercial portfolio. Prior to this An was very active in the Hanoi and HCMC leasing market with CBRE. An’s most recent leasing assignments include Mapletree Business City, Mapletree Business Centre, Pacific Place, CentrePoint.
