The official announcement was made at the iPAX Asia Pacific Awards Ceremony on the May 3 and 4, 2018 in Thailand. These awards mark Savills Vietnam success for the 8th consecutive and last year with the programme.

Currently in its 25th year, the Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the long-established International Property Awards, which are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They honour leading companies with the highest levels achievement in all fields of the property industry including development, architecture, interior design and real estate. The Asia Pacific Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious and widely recognised programme celebrating the greatest standards of regional property industry.
Savills Vietnam again demonstrated the strengths of our services in Vietnam and was awarded as the “Best Property Consultancy” and “Best Real Estate Agency” in Vietnam.These awards are a recognition for the ongoing efforts Savills Vietnam has undertaken to deliver consistent first-rate service and a steady level of high performance to ensure our promised values to our clients.
The Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018 – 2019 will be the last year Savills Vietnam takes part in the competition. From 2018, all award fees will be redirected to the “Savills Care” fund as a part of Savills Coorporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaign to better benefit local people and charities. As a company with a 22-year history in Vietnam, Savills Vietnam recognizes effective corporate social responsibility (CSR) is integral to being a successful, global business and an essential part of being a respected and trusted brand.
